Registry inclusion

A servicer record is included in the public registry when a servicer name, page slug, source, and source year are all recorded. Role and regulator filters are drawn from the qualifying records. A field is shown only when its applicable source and year are recorded; sourced mailing addresses, relationships, and statistics are displayed only when available.

Public figures are presented with their recorded source and year. They describe populations, not an individual loan.

RESPA date calculator

The calculator uses the servicer-stated receipt date and the request type and subtype selected by the user. It returns configured acknowledgment and baseline response dates, and an optional extended date when the user indicates that timely written extension notice was received and the configured rule has an extension period. It does not determine rule applicability to a specific loan.
