Service scope

ServicerIQ provides a public mortgage-servicer registry and a calculator that performs date arithmetic using the receipt date and request classification selected by the user. Public record fields are presented with their recorded source and year.

Important limits

ServicerIQ is software, not a law firm, and is not a substitute for advice from a licensed attorney. Calculator output is date arithmetic only; it does not determine whether a rule applies to a particular loan or situation.
